As you know, I like to continue themes smoothly, flowing from one into another. So after mushrooms, I needed to move on to something else. And then I came across a tour of a mustelid farm. After thinking it over, I realized that we usually know the common species—minks, otters, badgers, ferrets, and wolverines. However, they don’t eat mushrooms. BUT! I discovered that there are fishers—a species that isn’t very well known, but is extremely photogenic. And most importantly, mushrooms are part of their diet. So that’s how we managed to connect both themes, and we also wrote a brief with a photo. Just take a moment to admire them 🙂 And of course, we also went to the farm! 🐾
