That is why costs in private organisations may be made up not because of innovative techniques, but simply because it is run by a profit-making company. Nevertheless, private hospitals provide better quality of health care, and it far outweighs the disadvantage. First of all, it is because such organisations have funds to purchase new equipment and innovative tools, which are leading to better services, as all of if it is designed to make the process easier and less risky for the specialist and at the same time less painful and stressful for the patient. For example, a lot of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence are commonly used in surgery in private hospitals to assist specialists, while state ones cannot afford it. Secondly, better quality in profitable organisations is achieved by attracting more qualified and experienced specialists or ones from abroad, as such hospitals have enough money to cover expenses, while state ones do not have the same opportunity.
